Michelle is a first year PhD student in the School of Computing and Information Technology at Griffith University. Upon completing an Honours Degree in 2002, she commenced postgraduate research in 2003.

Her PhD research is on “Strategic Information Systems Planning for Smart Internet Technology Adoption in High-Tech Small-to-Medium Enterprises.” Other research interests include enterprise resource planning systems, use of structuration theory, and smart housing.
