Stephen recently completed his PhD, which explored the utilisation
and uptake of electronic commerce by a broad range of Australian
SMEs. He has a Bachelors Degree in Economics, a Graduate Diploma
in Science (IT), and an Honours Degree in Computing from the
University of Tasmania. His research interests include the use
of electronic commerce by SMEs and organisational change facilitated
by ICTs.
Previously, he owned and operated a consulting company that
provided information systems consulting services to numerous
organizations in Tasmania, including the Hydro Electric Commission
and TAB. He has also worked as a consultant for the Department
of Health and the Tasmanian Electronic Commerce Centre. |
